These terms outline the agreement between you and Agafay Camp Oryx for booking and participating in our desert camp stays, Atlas excursions, and adventure experiences near Marrakech.
Agafay Camp Oryx provides desert hospitality services including glamping accommodations in traditional Berber tents, guided camel treks, quad biking sessions, starlit dinners, and day trips into the High Atlas foothills. All activities are subject to availability and weather conditions. We reserve the right to adjust itineraries when safety or operational circumstances require it.
Reservations can be made through our contact channels. A confirmed booking requires agreement to these terms. Cancellation policies vary by package type and are communicated at the time of booking. For half-day adventures, we ask for at least 24 hours notice. Overnight and multi-day packages require 72 hours notice for a full refund. No-shows are non-refundable.
Guests are expected to follow safety instructions from our guides during camel treks, quad biking, and mountain excursions. You are responsible for your personal belongings and for disclosing any medical conditions that could affect your participation. Children must be supervised by an adult at all times. We ask that guests respect the local Berber culture and the natural desert environment.
While we take every precaution to ensure your safety, desert activities carry inherent risks. Agafay Camp Oryx is not liable for injuries, losses, or damages arising from circumstances beyond our reasonable control, including but not limited to extreme weather, wildlife encounters, or guest negligence. Our total liability is limited to the amount paid for the specific service in question.
We may refuse or terminate service to any guest who violates these terms, behaves in a manner that endangers others, or disrupts the experience of fellow guests. In such cases, no refund will be provided for unused portions of the booking.
We may update these terms periodically to reflect changes in our operations or legal requirements. The current version will always be available on this page.
